Refund Policy

• Fees for services that are already availed (consultations, diagnostics, treatments, procedures) are non-refundable.
• Advance payments for scheduled procedures or admission can be refunded or adjusted if canceled at least 24 hours prior, subject to administrative approval.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

Shipping & Medicine Delivery

• We offer medicine home delivery service within selected areas in Ankola and surrounding regions through our in-house pharmacy.
• Medicines are dispatched based on valid prescriptions and availability.
• Orders placed before 3 PM are delivered same day; post-3 PM orders are delivered next day.
• Delivery charges may apply depending on location and order value.
• No returns are accepted on medicines unless there is a delivery error or product damage.
